These two contacted me way back in December of 2009 as the started their journey building their very own tiny house. They live out on the peninsula and although we tried a couple of times to get together - our busy lives never seemed to cross paths.
They started with a 20ft trailer base - and built their home a bit taller than mine. By using less of a pitch in the roof line, they were able to make better use of the loft space. Looks like they'll even have a king size bed! I am sooooo jealous of that!
They've been moving in little by little and have been basically living in their own creation since mid August. I can't wait to hear how living as a couple goes for them. I'm sure it will be great - after all they've been living in a 5th wheel trailer while building their new tiny home - it's a step up for sure!
