Looks like our friend's bus, that has been being stored in our driveway, is on an adventure. I arrived home today to find it gone. They took it on tour to Portland, Or I believe and all I remember being said was something about it being stuffed with puppets - ha!
The bus is amazing. A 1970s greyhound bus that has been converted into a livable space itself. You'd never guess that it has a full galley kitchen (with full sized fridge!), 2 bedrooms and even a real bathtub. Again... jealous ;)
It's nice to see the woods again. I'm blown away about how pretty this location is. I know I get rather down from the lack of direct sunlight - but my tiny house is still very light and bright inside. I think the choice to use the lighter color b-board and the placement of my skylights really contributes to this. Makes me wonder if it might be too bright if I lived somewhere with actual sunshine. Someday, maybe, I'll tow it to somewhere sunny and test it out for myself.
For now, I enjoy the lush green-ness all around, the owls and other wildlife that visit from time to time and the warm company of my landmates.
